Fix Search via in Media Library Home vs Folder Specific Search

Currently, you have to go to the exact folder where something is saved before typing the image or video name populates a return while searching in the Media Library. That kinda diminishes the point of searching in the first place.
Ideally, you should be able to go to the Media Library, enter the search phrase or keyword in the media's name, and the item pop-up from the Media Library home page, no matter what sub-folder it's in.
Currently, having to go through the folders to the specific one, then see if your search returns any results (trying to see if what you're looking for is in that folder) is such a time drain.

Right now when you search inside the Media Library it will only search the current folder and not all folders. So if something is buried deep in a folder you cant just search for it. You have to click down through the folder trail.
