When uploading images to the Media Library, add an option to convert/compress them to WebP directly in the platform.

Right now, to keep pages fast we have to compress images manually in an external tool before uploading, which is easy to forget and slows down page building. A native "Compress to WebP" button (per image or batch) would let us build optimized pages without leaving the platform.

Ideally: choose a quality level, keep the original if needed, and apply on upload or to existing library images.
