Use Case:

We have different sets of logos (from various products, services, etc.), and I want to organize them under a Brand Board folder and within the Brand Board itself. However, when I upload a logo to the media library and save it to the Brand Board, it creates a new file each time. This leads to clutter in the media library and makes it confusing to identify the correct image.

Additionally, when I rename a newly uploaded file and set it in the Brand Board, it creates yet another new file.

Suggestions:

Automatically delete the temporary uploaded image after it is saved in the Brand Board, and only keep the new file.

Implement a secondary naming convention or auto-rename feature for the new file to avoid duplication and confusion.
