Need to be able to trigger upon initial inbound SMS so need the Direction (screenshot is from Phone trigger's options)

@Clifford, isn't this what the contact reply trigger already does? You can filter by channel SMS

Lindsey Zarr: just tested and YES this does work even if it's inbound from a brand new contact - does not actually have to REPLY to what GHL sent them, so just a point of poor naming I guess.
Glad the functionality exists but would prefer more consistent and granular UI options
