Web App Warm Transfer Improvement Request

When performing a web app warm transfer on an incoming call, if the recipient does not answer or it goes to voicemail, there should be an option to cancel the transfer attempt and immediately return to the original caller without merging the calls. Right now, the only way back often results in the caller being merged into voicemail, which creates a poor patient/customer experience. A simple “End Transfer Attempt / Resume Held Caller” button would solve this.
