Voicemail notifications

We need to be able to notify our team when someone LEAVES a voicemail @ individual specific #. Currently there is no way to get a notification if someone actually LEAVES a voicemail, only if someone actually reaches the VM greeting which doesn't really makes sense.

Voicemails should go directly to the voicemail box of the forwarding number

My clients are not receiving voicemails that leads have left when calling the tracking number, because apparently, voicemails only go into GHL and not directly to voicemail boxes. This is a major problem. I switched over here from CallRail and have had serious regrets. PLEASE put the other not-so-important feature updates on hold, and get your call tracking system on par with systems like CallRail! My client should be able to listen to a voicemail without having to use a separate app!

The IVR workaround helps but it's not ideal when you have multiple numbers. We end up missing voicemails because the notification system assumes someone answered when they just hit the greeting.

You can achieve this is the IVR workflow as the step after the voicemail. I added an internal notification.

We need this asap. Not all clients use the HighLevel dashboard.

Any update on this? would be extremely helpful if VM file audio was forwarded to the assigned user and follower's email.

It seems like if the inbound "call timeout" is set long enough that voicemails will land in the forwarding number's voicemail inbox, instead of in GHL. We have this same requirement. Need to have the inbound calls leave a voicemail in the inbox of the forwarding number, NOT in GHL.
