Some clients send me voice messages through sms in GHL. Would be great if I could reply ands send them back a voice message like we do in our cell phone. Or be able to connect our cell phone to GHL so all the messages can be recorded in their contact page

********************Hi, I'm from Brazil and we are the BIGGEST user of the voice memo feature of whatsapp, and second biggest Whatsapp user,overall just behind India. We know there is a voice memo button when you connect whatspp via GHL's native API solution. But, there is a lot of third party APIs for whatsapp that are able to connect to GHL. But then they can't send voice notes. Which is a critical for my clients. They are real estate brokers that have many real estate agents on the go and talking with clients. We are beating many great solutions for the real estate market in Brazil with GHL. But for us to dominate the market, we NEED this feature. Just to make it clear, we need the same funtions of the voice memo button from the official Whatsapp API from GHL.

The carrier limitation is the real blocker here. We've had clients ask for this constantly but SMS just doesn't support audio attachments natively. iMessage handles it fine but that limits you to iPhone users only.

The SMS limitation is real since carriers don't support voice attachments. iMessage would work perfectly for this though. Are you mainly dealing with iPhone users or mixed?

Just want to add that sending the voice notes through the app would be great. Not sure if people are requesting sending voice notes from the web, but just want to throw it out there.

In addition to voice notes, being able to send a quick video recording through SMS would be a great ability as well

100% totally agree that voice notes through SMS would be a huge addition

This would be great for any agency related to realtors
