Being able to see what the information was submitted on the brand and campaign after submission.
Why?
When a customer gets deliverability errors related to A2P there is no way to know the issue is related to messaging as a different brand beacuse we can't see their brand submission. We can see their legal business information in business profile, but we can't see what is submitted on the A2P Application to be 100% sure.
Secondly, the campaign is not visible at all. This means we have no clue what they can or can't text beacuse we can't see their use case description.
The transparency would help Agencies take ownership of the support issues related to A2P deliverability issues and take some of the pressure off GHL.
Ideally this would be native to the sub account so that sub account owners and agency owners can pull up the trust center and take a look at the submissions.
