User Availability for incoming calls

If we can possibly set-up a user availability for the incoming calls in each sub-account so we won't receive calls outside business hours. And if we can set up out of the offer voicemail in Amplify. Thanks

Right now, your system lets us set business hours for workflows, but there is no way to stop calls from ringing outside those hours. This is frustrating and breaks basic functionality.
You need to add the ability to:
Restrict incoming calls outside business hours
Automatically route calls to voicemail or a message when off-hours
Integrate with existing call routing settings
This is a critical missing feature. Please prioritize adding this.

We've had clients complain about this constantly. Having to manually manage calls outside hours defeats the purpose of automation. The voicemail routing should be automatic based on business hours.

If you edit the assigned users for a phone number's availability hours, it should automatically forward calls to voicemail if they are outside the assigned users' hours.
