Hey guys I totally know the frustration I dont know if you have looked into Custom Providers yet but I found out the new app CRM Phone Pro allows your to do that by linking your telnyx account to your CRM so not only does it give you the Alphanumeric Sender ID but your sms and calls cost go down by about 70%!

Connectus Diamantopoulos Hey just wanted your to know custom provider specifically the app CRM Phone Pro allows you to do that what you do is create a telnyx account link that in there integration setting and now you have it. Super easy and you end up saving money with better deliverability (key note is everything is still down via your crm all message and calls can be done right there in the conversations/contacts tab.
