When I have a GHL phone number, it can be forwarded to ring through on my regular cellphone line. It would really help if the same could easily be done with text messages instead of relying on a workflow to do it.

I have GHL set up to forward phone calls to my VOIP which has its own phone number that can receive calls, texts and also has in and outbound fax capabilities. In order to streamline everything through one number it would be advantageous to have GHL forward my texts to my VOIP provider the same as it does incoming phone calls.

Verified CallerID spoofs a your phone number over your GHL phone number, but only for outbound calls. Needs to do the same for outbound texts.

I forward my calls to a VOIP provider depending on the phone line being called, the problem is Highlevel thinks the phone call has been answered by the VOIP provider. I would like to see if we can put a delay in seconds before the phone call is forwarded that way it can ring on the Web App first so the available agents can answer. The only work around for this is to have the number forwarded to a non viop provider like my cell phone and i dont want to do that.
