This would be nice to have so that you can have inbound and outbound calls from leads or customers ring out to multiple sales reps/office personnel instead of just the assigned user. that way whoever is available to take the call can do so!

Same issue here. We end up using external solutions when the phone system is right there in GHL. Our clients constantly ask why calls can't just ring everyone until someone picks up.

Our team handles calls for multiple clients too and the current setup gets messy fast. Having agents jump between subaccounts just to take calls isn't sustainable when you're managing 15+ clients.

I was just on a support call and was told that is is asked for nearly daily. I thought the "ring all" function was to do this and was disappointed to find out that it's currently a dead-end.
This is super important for small businesses that share calling functions on and off all day. First available person gets the call.
For years now I have to forward calls to Google Voice to ring multiple phones at the same time. ...which is really odd since I have a fairly complete phone system sitting right here on Highlevel. I would love to get rid of Google Voice.

We have a call center handling inbound calls for our clients. Currently, they do not receive inbound calls inside of the web app for sub accounts if they are not in the sub account itself. This is an issue since we have agents handling over 20 clients at a time. Plus - we have multiple agents that need to simultaneously get the inbound call.
Issue 2: We would like to ring multiple users at a time - and keep ringing the other users if one of the users hangs up if they are not available. So when someone has their phone on do not disturb - I want it to ring our other call agents.
Does anyone know how to fix one of these?
We want to be able to do all of this inside of the web app.
Please GHL fix this ASAP this would be amazing to actually be able to run a callcenter on this platform.

It would be incredibly useful to be able to do a ring all and ring multiple agents at once in the mobile app and/or web app.
