We have clients who want to ring team members in a specific order instead of simultaneously.
For example the owner only wants his phone to ring if his employee didn't answer the call after a specific amount of rings.
Ring Central and other phone systems do this (Ring In Order)

We have a similar request. Phone would ring least activer person first on a designated list of users to accept incoming calls.

I need the same. Sequential call assignment in IVR.
There is no clear indication what happens on the IVR transfer step. Do all subsequent steps wait until the call over to execute?

This may now be available in the new IVR feature. I created a workflow and can set the order of calling within it - see screenshot.
