For inbound calls. it would be great to have ring groups that route to multiple team members... for example Sales, Support, Service, Accounting, HR, Project Management, etc.

We set this up manually with workflows right now but it's pretty clunky. Having proper ring groups built in would save so much setup time.

Just like we have the option on a single phone number to ring user(s) instead of forwarding to the call forward number, we need that option on the Number Pools
