Our requirement is to connect digital SIP trunk services from third-party providers worldwide directly to GoHighLevel through the system’s integrations or connectors.

For example, platforms like Retell AI allow users to connect SIP trunks through providers such as Twilioor netgsm or maqsam.com We need similar functionality in GoHighLevel, allowing users to connect their existing SIP trunk credentials from any supported provider without being restricted to GoHighLevel’s own phone numbers or telephony services. This will allow any business to link his own phone number from all over the world. Since on Twilio we have many countries, especially the Middle East and the GCC numbers, we cannot get them. We cannot take Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or Dubai.

The key requirement is:

Support SIP trunk connections from third-party providers worldwide.

Allow users to import their SIP trunk connection details directly into GoHighLevel.

Enable integration through the system’s connectors

Support outbound and inbound calling through the connected SIP trunk, subject to provider compatibility. Like using the dialer to call from the system automatically using the SIP trunk
