Record Calls Only When Answered, Not When Dialed

Currently, every outbound call—including voicemails—starts recording as soon as it’s sent. This captures hundreds of voicemail drops and drives up storage and costs. We’d like the system to initiate recording only when a live person picks up the line.
Benefit:
-Eliminates unnecessary voicemail recordings
-Reduces storage usage and associated expenses
-Focuses on capturing meaningful conversations

Yes, I fully support this. Or perhaps, you can allow the user to start the recording when they wish. Not every call needs to be recorded.
