Ramp Up has to be the WORST feature ever added

You've basically killed database reactivation campaigns entirely. Why on earth would you make it a requirement to hit max texts to increase limit? Then after that you cannot even reply to those texts for 24 hours.
So basically you want us to send a bunch of texts that will then all turn into cold leads because we can't even respond to them.
At first I was thinking I'll just start with 50 texts a day for a DR campaign so that I can at least reply while the leads are warm, then go to 100 and 200 and so on...
Then I saw this terrible requirement of having to hit capacity and then wait 24 hours.
First we had the option to change the limit ourselves, then we had to ask support to change it for us, now we cannot even change it at all.
Next will probably just disable SMS all together. Just gets worse.
Bad feature. Very bad. Ruins the momentum most ad agencies create.
Revert.

The 24 hour lockout after hitting capacity is brutal for client campaigns. We've had to completely change how we structure reactivation sequences because of this. Really kills the flow when leads reply and we can't respond back.

Agreed - this wasn't very well thought out. We have to send enough sms to hit the limit but once we hit it, we are not able to respond to anybody that replies to us. This needs to be corrected.

Agreed. Hated this for my own account. Can stifle the whole process of growth. I basically send a ton of text messages to myself over and over until I breached certain limits to get it increased.

Agreed, disabling for 24 hours is terrible.
