Trying to use a merge tag causes the automated voice to read the words in the merge tag, not render the merge tag and read the rendered value.

For example:

Will sound like:

"User first name calling from a recorded line."

instead of:

"Cliff calling from a recorded line."

Reference the screenshots. None of those merge tags worked as expected.
