When phone costs (and other platform costs) are mentioned, they have a $ in front of them. For people operating their agency in the US, that works. For people like myself who has my agency in Australia and my subscription costs are all in Australian dollars (AUD), then when users buy phone numbers, buy platform credits, etc, they see a $ symbol and often assume it's AUD. While I do l let my clients know that platform costs are all in USD, it would create a better customer experience if internal prices looked like were prefixed so it was obvious they were USD. Whether that means US$ or USD $ or something similar, I'll leave to the customer experience team.
