If an error pops up in your conversations for SMS (e.g., "ErrorCode: 30007 Status: undelivered") currently, there's no public audit log for agencies to validate whether that's LC filtering the SMS or a carrier.

Either add an audit log with these details, or add more details to the errors in the conversations page.
