Parallel ModeLooks like the manual calls get dialed sequentially. This is a problem that makes GHL currently non-competitive with bulk dialers (like Mojo) that hit many numbers in parallel and then connect the user to whoever answers. Parallel dialer is a huge time saver - a way to make a massive number of calls

So our appointment setters (ISA Team) can call the leads really fast. The system would automatically call the entire list of leads 2 or 3 at a time. the numbers that go to voicemail get a voicemail drop. the lead who answers first gets connected to the appointment setter. So the appointment setter just sits there while the system calls all the leads until someone answers.
