Operador SIP / BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier)

The implementation of SIP Trunking (BYOC) in LC Phone or a softphone to allow direct connection of external carriers by configuring Host, Port, Registration String and codec selection (G.729/uLaw). This functionality would grant total independence from Twilio, allowing agencies to optimize operation and comply with local regulations by integrating their own voice providers directly into GoHighLevel. In our case, for Mexico, where we have our own carrier and we depend on the rotation of DIDs, specific marking plans and different tasks that Twilio has no reach or triples the costs and is no longer profitable.

Exactly twillio cost is killing us ,if ghl allows to bring our own carrier ,we can have atleast 500% more productivity here and if twillio can be integrated then it is not a big deal to integrate any other carriers as well through sip trunking ,
If it happens ultimately GHL will also get benifit from it as well ,

Feature Request: BYO PBX / Local Carrier Integration (SIP Trunking + Telephony Provider API)

We are an agency operating in LATAM (Dominican Republic) with multiple clients who already use local phone numbers connected to existing PBX systems, primarily Asterisk, but also other platforms (3CX, FreePBX, Avaya, Cisco, Yeastar, etc.).
These businesses need to connect their existing phone infrastructure to HighLevel without migrating carriers or replacing their PBX.
We are requesting an official Bring Your Own PBX / Carrier framework, based on SIP trunking and a standardized Telephony Provider API, so any PBX or local carrier can be integrated into HighLevel natively.

Makes sense for agencies with their own carriers. We've looked into this for cost reasons too, Twilio gets expensive at scale and having BYOC would give way more flexibility for regional compliance stuff.

Yeah this makes total sense for regional markets. We've looked into BYOC options before because Twilio pricing gets ridiculous at scale. Having direct SIP trunk integration would open up so many more carrier options.

Same situation here with clients who won't abandon their existing PBX setups. Having to work around this constantly since most businesses already have established phone systems they can't just swap out.
