Currently it is impossible to create a multi-line phone system that is a typical request for a large percentage of business clients.

We cannot even emulate a 2 phone line office using LC phone numbers.

This is because currently it is not possible to redirect when busy from one LC phone number to another. Apparently it creates a redirect loop.

Just this one feature would enable us to partially emulate the typical office phone system when coupled with the already existing "ring to many" feature.

Expanding the "ring to many" feature would also be an advantage - currently only 7 agents is not many for serious size businesses.

The lack of this capability in GHL seriously restricts our ability to sell to a very large proportion of businesses.

Until this is fixed, GHL will only ever work for very small businesses and one man operations.

Get this one thing fixed and GHL becomes a genuine contender, not a pretender.
