Before the most recent update to Manual Actions in Conversations > Manual Actions, when we paused the autodialer, we could update the contact’s Phone field and then click the white call button to immediately dial the updated number without leaving the manual call flow. This made it easy to correct or switch numbers on the fly.

After the update, doing the same action now exits the Manual Call page entirely, forcing us to restart the manual call session from the beginning. This significantly slows down works when number changes are needed mid-call.

We also tested using the blue Phone button, but it does not appear or function while in an active manual call session, so there’s currently no alternative way to call a different number without breaking the sequence.

Could this behavior be fixed, or could an option be added to allow calling an updated or alternate phone number while remaining in the manual call session? This would restore previous functionality and greatly improve usability.
