When call dispositions pop up as the first thing to do after a call, this does not let you write in any notes or custom fields. If we are able to write notes or update custom fields first then when a call disposition is finally selected we can trigger automations to create messages in slack or other platforms based off the note or custom fields updated.
For example, we would like slack notifications with notes for all appointments booked, but if we don’t have a chance to write notes first then we can not do this off of the disposition choosen.
