The ability of being able to join calls while your sales reps are struggling or need closing the deal WITHOUT having to do a 3 way call is absolutely necessary in a dialer
Also, being able to whisper to your agents, closers and team members while they are on the call with a prospect or client is NECESSARY. This way we can help them make the sale without the prospect listening to us.
These 2 features are essential in any dialing system that HL doesn’t have right now.
