LC Phone numbers should be available with both text and call features

For some countries phone numbers that are capable of calling and texting at the same time are not available or very expensive ($40+/month just to have the number without usage fee) so they prefer not to use HL due to this unreasonable extra cost.
Also, when picking a phone number it's not visible which number is capable of what. In Twillio you see what a phone number is capable of.

For EU numbers, it isn't clear if they are SMS capable or not. Please add some sort of label so we know that the number we are purchasing supports SMS.
