I purchased an LC phone number. When people call it the name of another company (likely previous) comes up on their caller ID. How do I change this? How do I change the caller ID name on the number I chose?

This would be a support ticket , shak n stir and also twilio support.
It's also carrier specifically of the users phone like iPhone has one database and Samsung has another
You can use trust services to have your number published publicly as trusted
Ensuring that you have listed company name, address and phone number using YEXT will all increase its accurately reporting your business name instead.

Joshua Goodlock: I'm not with twillio or yext I simply selected an LC number, listed that number on website and other... But I'm 1. Getting calls to the business that previously had the number and 2. When they call they say it shows a carpet cleaning number on their phone (because that's the business the number was registered to previously)
