IVR - Ring on BOTH "Web App" & "Mobile App"
I am having an issue where I absolutely cannot get the phone calls to ring to the GoHighLevel Web-App.
Ideally I would like to see the incoming calls ring to BOTH the "Web App" & "Mobile App", but for right now, can someone please fix that the phone calls are not ringing to the Web App at all.
I've already had a GHL Technician check all of my settings, and nothing is missing as far as we can tell.
I have tested this on two completely different Agency Accounts Sub-Accounts, so it's not an account or sub-account specific issue.

This also affects the "Call" action in a workflow, not just IVR. Apparently Call actions require calling an external number and cannot use the ring preferences in the user call profile or phone number profile. My client wants to only have calls ring from the softphone and not his cell phone. Adding to the fire, now I'm seeing comments that only one softphone can be selected, not both, which is adding even more of a problem for my client that wants to have app-only incoming rings and needs them on Web/Desktop AND Mobile when he is away from his desk.
What gives?

Yes please, we need to be able to immediately direct the calls where we want and how we want; calls are being dropped in the IVR because of too many routes - let us determine at the user level where we want the calls to ring, including "both"

I have the mobile app installed on two Android devices... and I'm logged in on both devices. But it only seems to ring the "most recently used" android device. :-(
One device is an android based deskphone. The other in my google Pixel fold.

Opened because people want to ring both the web app and mobile app at the same time for IVR calls while we allow only one channel at the moment.
