International phone numbers for LC

There are many posts asking for phone numbers in different countries. I have seen Spain, France, Colombia, Belgium, India, etc. Each country by itself does not have many votes, but if you combine them you will see this is actually 1 feature required my many users.

Yeah this comes up constantly. We've got clients in 4 different countries and having to explain why they can't get local numbers through GHL is awkward. The workaround with Twilio works but then you lose missed call text back like you said.

I discovered GHL in Oct'25, and that surprised me. A big company with big ambitions can't prevent the entire European continent from thriving... Feb'26. Still not possible to purchase a French, Swiss, or Belgian mobile phone number in GHL. Come on, guys! When there's a will...It's a big UNFAIR disadvantage for us Europeans.
A. We have to use Twilio for purchasing SMS & Call-capable phone numbers.
B. If we don't use LC Phone, we lose access to the 'Missed call text-back' feature, which is a major drawback in my opinion.
Please, help us conquer Europe!

Boris Jean you’re not alone on this. CRM Phone Pro is now available in the GHL App Marketplace and lets you plug your own Telnyx account directly into GHL.
This gives you more flexibility on number purchasing and carrier options instead of being limited to Twilio. Might be worth looking into for European expansion.

Nat Paosong You might want to explore CRM Phone Pro in the GHL App Marketplace. It allows you to connect your own Telnyx account directly into GHL, which can give you more flexibility outside the default Twilio setup.

The problem with that is,
- How would the Missed Call Text Back feature function?
- How would we handle automations connected to the phone number or IVR system?
- Will we be able to see incoming call details, specifically the caller’s phone number? This one is especially important to me because I’d like to automatically save those numbers as contacts.
If they can make all of that possible, then it would be a game-changer.
