My client uses Nextiva and would like to use the LeadConnector mobile app completely. However, they are able to pick up Caller ID with names on Nextiva, that does not appear to be possible with LeadConnector, unless the contact connected to the phone number is already in the GHL system.
If this isn't possible, what is the clearest way to communicate this to our client? They say that the technology is possible - and they've shown me an example in Nextiva that matches what they're saying - but I'm not sure the "WHY" behind why LeadConnector isn't able to do this.
The new feature request is to have GHL be able to pick up on Twilio's inbound Caller ID service to be able to display the names associated with phone numbers as the Caller ID on inbound calls to the LeadConnector mobile app. This way, inbound calls can actually create a Contact Name using the Caller ID.
This would absolutely be a gamechanger for our clients and is necessary to convince them to move over from Nextiva, CallRail, etc.
Thank you!!
