Some people have already requested the ability to see scripts. This would meet that need and more.
I imagine setting up a form (that can be set which one is used via the workflow of the Powerdialer or Predialer.)
So that when the Agent is calling a contact from within HL they can open the correct Form which basically walks them through the script.
eg. Field one is a text field that maps to an opportunity or contact custom field, but below it or above it we can have the first part of the script.
Hey (their name) it's (your name) calling from XYZ company. How are you?
Now this field may be left blank as there is nothing to collect for this.
But then the next field is
"Do you have a few minutes to chat?" and the result is a drop down "Yes", "No Forever, "No reschedule" and so based on this answer when we submit the form it trigger automations to do things based on the outcomes of this call, if thats where the call ended.
If the call continued, then they keep working down the form.

So basically the agent follows the script and collects the data needed cleanly into the system all from the dialer in the system while on the call.
Ideally this would also be accessible for people on Zoom calls too and not just phone calls, but phone would be amazing.
