Forwarding Number vs Assigned User Priority Option

Since HighLevel doesn't yet offer an IVR, we need to forward calls to our RingCentral number. However, if a user is assigned to the contact, the calls stop forwarding to the forwarding number and are instead sent to the assigned user. We would like to have the option to have incoming calls still forwarded to the forwarding number vs the assigned user.

IVR is available on GHL. The ability to send calls to the forwarding number only (instead of assigned contact) is also available in sub-account settings > Phone System > Voice > Other Settings > Inbound Calls
