Forwarding calls to Custom Value Phone Number does not work

See screenshots. It does not work like it should, instead immediately going to voicemail with this message spoken by a male robot voice: "We are unable to take your call right now."
When set to a plain text phone#, the forwarding does work like it should.
I consider this a bug especially because merge tags custom values DO work for the Whisper Message.

Dont forget...if the user has a phone number on their profile and they are assigned to a lead. 100% of all calls to the twilio number go to the user..there is no way to forward it anywhere else.
AKA now clients can never put their cell numbers in HighLevel for 2 fac authentication. Call routing will hopefully be addressed soon!
