The current 10-disposition limit is too tight for any team running real outbound volume. Once you try to capture meaningful outcomes across multiple campaigns or offers, you run out of slots fast and end up collapsing distinct outcomes into the same bucket.
Also, rather than a flat disposition list, it would be powerful to first categorize who you reached, then log the outcome based on that persona. I.e.:
Persona:
  • Decision maker
  • Influencer
  • Gatekeeper
  • Not relevant persona
  • Bad data
  • DNC
Dispositions:
Then, select dispositions according to that persona
I think this creates cleaner data and a way better segmentation.
