Please enable call transfer to internal users using LC phone numbers. Adding external numbers in addition to the LC numbers is inefficient.

Just set up my automation and works great. However when I test inbound call there was no option to warm transfer a call. This would be huge and a value add.
Also, when placing on hold, no music or promo advertising audio file. Will this be added to the phone system?

WE have 3 LC numbers that we assigned to 3 different Sales Rep and want to forward one number to another if unreached/missed/not recieved. But this feature is not available. We can easily avoid looping, which is the current show-stopper as it seems.

The phone system configuration is just for the lack of better term, sucks. Imagine not being able to transfer a call within the same subaccount to another user on that subaccount because you would need to assign their personal number on their profile, which of course, would result to not just paying for 2 phone services, but if that personal phone assigned to the user's profile is not on the computer, they would have to pick up the call on a hard phone or mobile phone, which is extreme suffering for businesses that are customer service reliant AKA, contact centers. Plus imagine your staff answering the call which normally last for 2 hours for my company on a mobile phone while needing to document important details to a computer during the conversation!
In addition to this, you cannot even add all active users to received inbound calls using the default phone number, as there's a limit of 6 users only, which is not really a good limitation, and I don't see benefits with them restricting us this much with all the expensive charges on their phone system (transcription, recording storage, minutes per call, etc.). This is urgent! Please look into the most critical and essential ones before you start doing the UI improvements.

EXACTLY!!!! A call comes into the front desk. Then the front desk is going to transfer it to Billing... well billing does not have a external phone number, we bought the phone number through Go High Level... but because there is no external phone number we can't easily transfer it without physically typing the go high level number into the key pad SMH...
Current Work Around: we created contacts for each of the LC phone numbers so we could search employee names and departments that way.
Fix Needed: Allow in app phone transfers. I want to be able to transfer to the LC phone number so it stays in the app. Especially important if the call was not sent to the correct department bc now we need to transfer it again, but can't bc it was sent to a personal number, not a number ringing in the app and now it can't be retransferred...

Are you trying to avoid using external numbers entirely? We've run into similar routing headaches when clients want everything to stay internal but the workaround you mentioned sounds overly complex.

Yeah both of these are pretty standard phone features. We get asked about warm transfers constantly by clients who are used to their old systems having it.

Our client in the call center space has been asking for this constantly. Having to use external numbers for transfers makes no sense when everyone's already logged into GHL.

BUMP. Please add an option to transfer calls internally to other staff members. We do not want to transfer to our staff mobile numbers. This is not allowed through our company policy and must be done internally. Same as how GHL added an internal chat that stays within the GHL web app, we want the same for calls.
