Inbound Spams calls have been a nightmare for all my clients and my own agency account. Google My business SCAM calls are the king for over 4 years now. Even on my Agency, 80% of all montlhy inbound calls are coming from this GMB Scam... It hurts even more when my clienrs have to pay for that inbound call and/or phone recording storage. Altough we can't control the Spam inbound calls, we should be able to at least identify, and prevent that number to incur another charge to our clients, and the best way to do that now is to enable DND Inbound on the Automations. Please, please, please make it work! Thank you!

Romulo Pereira Doesnt it behoove GHL to NOT fix this because they are making money from the wasted recording storage fees, inbound calls, only a few seconds but times that by millions of calls each month and im sure they probably make at least a few hundreds thousand dollars a month just from spam calls in the sub accounts😏

Why is this not an option? Anyone with a phone number listed on their website gets hammered daily by robo calls.

Jeromy Waunch Because GHL makes money from the recording storage fees and inbound calls/texts.. Why would they stop this profit center? As you can see you can add DND from an automation but cant add Inbound? Come on how much harder would have it been for the programmer to add that as well? Probably not hard because it makes them free money from the spammers. Its a conspiracy theory but its easy money and they have major investors they need to replay $70M+ dollars.

Must say though how Ironic it is that many marketers want to block all the spam from other marketers.... but still create insane amounts of spam themselves.

This is a scam, not simple spam.

Ideally with the workflow action. But the skateboard would be manual as we now have for phone.
