I want to stop a SPAMMER when they enable DND! This workflow should automatically enable NO FURTHER Calls via this phone number.
To take this a step further, I want to add this SPAMMER call to "automatically" BE READ to prevent trash calls in Conversations. IF this were to be deleted will the system REMEMBER to BLOCK this caller. I have been putting these calls into READ.
Lastly, when a LANDLINE calls - this should auto-magically be identified and prevent an unsuccessful SMS due to it being a landline.

Yes - I'd love an inbound DND workflow action. My clients get robocalls and we want them to be tagged, then blocked from calling back.
