We need a desktop notification system showing when a message has been received or a missed call. It would be super beneficial if we can see when there is an unread message on the opportunity screen as well.

Our team misses calls and messages constantly when we're deep in other parts of the platform. Even just a browser notification would help a ton.

When using the LC app, and have an incoming call from the contact their name is not showing. But it worked in desktop.
