If a caller has their callerid blocked, then the incoming call on a phone number in HighLevel is blocked with the voice message "The person you are calling is not accepting calls at this time", and the call does not show up at all in HighLevel and does not pass to the specified forwarding number or assigned user.

It would be good if the message heard by the caller said something like "Our system does not accept anonymous calls. Please call us from a different phone"

Or even better - Let us customize it to say something like "Our system does not accept anonymous calls. Please call us from a different phone, or email us at ___"
