Click-to-Dial
O
Opahl Technologies
Development of a system-wide click-to-dial feature that allows users to initiate outbound calls through their HighLevel (LC Phone) account while browsing outside of GHL.
Desired behavior:
When a user is on any external website or browser tab (Google, carrier portals, spreadsheets, CRMs, etc.)
Phone numbers are detected and clickable
Clicking the number initiates the call using the user’s GHL phone/dialer, not the device’s native dialer
The call should appear/log normally in the user’s HighLevel account (contact record, call history, workflows, reporting)
Ideal implementation options (open to recommendation):
A Chrome extension that detects phone numbers and routes the call into the user’s active GHL session, or
Another secure method that enables outbound dialing through the user’s authenticated GHL/LC Phone environment
This feature would significantly improve sales productivity by allowing true click-to-dial from anywhere while keeping all calls centralized inside HighLevel.

This is a good idea and very useful for people using HighLevel for B2B prospecting. I am not voting for the idea because I believe there are some fundamental issues with the way HighLevel treats B2B that must be addressed first. Maybe Shane Boulds will vote for it.
