Can we make phone system route to certain user at a certain time and then to another?

Just to clarify, is it possible to configure the phone system so that incoming calls are routed to one user during specific hours and then automatically routed to a different user during another time period?
For example, calls could be directed to User A from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and then automatically forwarded to User B after business hours or during a different shift. I'm looking to understand whether time-based call routing is supported and how flexible the scheduling options are.
