Would love to call transcription added to the call report. CallRail has this feature, and it really helps save time when listening to calls and marking them as qualified, because you can see the auto-transcribed text of each call.

Hability to create Call Flows like in CallRail

Use case example: Ring for 15 seconds for User #1. If they do not answer, forward the call to User #2.

We need a CallRail replacement.

This requires a few feature enhancements:

1.) UTMs in fields that are exportable

2.) Custom UTMs, right now it is preset, but we need to be able to capture all

3.) Phone number amount suggestions based on traffic

4.) Ability to quickly add new phone numbers

5.) More robust call flow setup with simulations ring, ring timeout, and conditional forwarding

6.) Live call log

7.) 1 click call qualification

Is there any way to have the phone tracking type show up on your phone, so before you answer it you know a lead is calling? Similar to callrail.
