This is a must for a phone system

This just does not work in any capacity. I cannot transfer warm or cold. The call stays connected to the app in the browser and does not get released, and in the warm transfer the other party's phone does not ring. Wish we could simply hand off a call to another user's web app. Now we have to tell them to hang up and have the other user call them back. Such ancient workflow.

This development still doesn't support transferring calls between users. Users can only transfer calls if the user's profile phone number is an external phone number. Is there anything out there to vote on so users can transfers calls to other users in their sub account?

I had the ability to transfer from the PC for awhile I was hoping to get it in the app. If it is I'm not seeing it.

Currently we can only transfer inbound calls to Users. Please add Contacts search to dialer so we can easily transfer inbound calls to anyone in the Contact database. Even better to have a Favorites list available for transferring inbound calls.
