Call transfer option in the dialer limited to outbound calls

Outgoing phone calls from GHL is allowed to use dialer for transfer, but for incoming phone calls, we are not allowed to use the dialer for transfer and the other buttons for the dialer are not showing

Same issue! If you're using IVR and you get an incoming phone call you CANNOT transfer the call. Super crazy this is still an issue.
