This should be a class action law suit. High Level profits from these calls. Their solution is buy a new number from Twilio. That is not viable when you set up GBP, Business Cards, and so on with the number. Blocking numbers individually also does no good. The spammers call from the same prefix with a similar, but different number. It's a dollar or two a day that we pay for spammers to call.

BTW - spam callers can call from an infinite list of phone numbers. It is a cat and mouse game that can't be won by adding callers to a blacklist.
The one other thing people can do is ask callers to "press 1" to be connected with the business, as robocallers are unable to get through the IVR. This will help a little
Even then... There's got to be a better way.

I could find no documentation for this, so I started clicking around after getting over 50 calls from a single number in a month

YES WE NEED THIS!!! SO many junk calls. And annoying Google ads people calling our agency. Would love to just be able to block a number with a single click.

Wow. another missing functionality. GHL is lagging is Call Tracking so much so its making me regret (a little bit) in my decision to move.
this is a basic need....and overdue by 1 year.

It's to a point where I might have to look for another platform. No way to block a specific number. My clients get those spam calls multiple times a day. Same number, and text back is in, so they get billed for that. This is unacceptable.
