Better Porting Process and Procedure for LC Phone

Currently, the porting process really sucks if porting into LC phone. I've successfully ported hundreds of numbers between other platforms in the past easily but struggle with high levels. Of the 5 numbers I've tried to port I've had multiple instances now where the support tells me a port was completed to have the number not work and find out they did it wrong and have to start all over. The average porting time is a month with high level and less than 7 days when going direct with Twilio. I know Twilio is the one doing the actual porting but there must be some sort of issue on HL's side because I've never had problems porting directly to Twilio.
Support seems to be of no help either.

I've had the opposite problem, happened very quickly with no warning. Didn't get an email from support with the port date. Definitely some issues with the customer service side of porting.

Had the same experience. The HL transfer forms themselves seem severely outdated...
The process is clunky, and for one client it took almost 2 months for fully functioning number after migration.
LC Numbers should also auto-migrate with sub account transfer across agencies. UPDATE: This LC migration featuee appears to be dramatically improved. Great job HL team!
