In any of our locations, with any kind of headset/earpiece, there is always sooo much background noise. The calls pick up any and every sound that makes it very hard for our patients to hear what we are saying, many of them saying it sounds like we are at a party or a gym even though we are sitting at the front desk each time. To have a noise suppressor already built in, our calls would be much smoother and patient satisfaction and communication would improve immensely. Our team would love for this to be an addition to the system!
