I'd like to request the ability to upload a custom audio file (e.g. .wav or .mp3) for the Call Recording Message field, found under Phone Numbers → Configure.
Currently, this field only supports text-to-speech (TTS), which works well in English but produces unnatural and difficult-to-understand results in other languages (e.g. Hungarian). Since the TTS engine is English-only, non-English speaking businesses have no way to provide a clear, legally compliant call recording notice in their local language.
Adding an audio file upload option — similar to what is already available for Voicemail — would allow users to record their own message in any language and upload it directly.
This would be especially valuable for businesses operating outside English-speaking markets.
