I've noticed that within Twilio, there is a feature known as the "round robin live transfer," which operates similarly to the calendar live transfer system. Given the utility and efficiency this feature offers, I propose extending this capability to include phone numbers as well. Implementing a round robin system for phone live transfers would significantly enhance our ability to manage calls and ensure a more equitable distribution of incoming inquiries among team members. This addition would not only streamline our communication processes but also improve response times and customer service quality. Incorporating this feature into our current system could provide substantial operational benefits and align with our goals for efficiency and excellent service delivery.
