This would be nice to have so that you can have inbound and outbound calls from leads or customers ring out to multiple sales reps/office personnel instead of just the assigned user. that way whoever is available to take the call can do so!

Tyler Zegil How? I can only assing a number for up to 7 users to ring for inbound calls, I have like 20 agents an a youtube number, if a client call to my youtube number I´ll need that ringing on all my 20 agents, not just 7. Any idea?

Possible solution for both:
Allow Connect to Number feature, including LC numbers, since internal numbers can be set to connect to multiple users.

Agreed it increases the liklihood that a HOT lead speaks with someone as opposed to losing that lead to voicemail
